Went here yesterday, I get acrylic on my toes everytime I get my toes done. I looked up their services to see if they did acrylic fills on pedicure’s and they offer that service. I walked in with my cousin around 4:45 with one person ahead of us and we didn’t leave until 8:20PM. We were the last ones to leave the shop even the other nail techs left. I watched everyone who walked in after us get their nails done & leave. The guy who did my pedicure was super nice & did a great job! He just couldnt do my fill in on my toes which was fine, but I waited over 2 HOURS for another nail tech to come do my fill in and design. & they still charged me $120 for what I got. No discount or anything for my long wait. I will not be going back.

Always super please with this place and the nail technicians. Everyone is friendly and really good at what they do I never have sore fingers or Hot spots when they are done and they are brilliant with designs and can even recreate designs from a photo. I’ve been all over this town and I highly recommend them over any other place especially for little girls, my daughter loves them and they are always always super gentle and sweet with her!

I went in to get a soak off and all they did was saw the polish off. I had to ask to even get a cut down or shaping. Plus they filed my one nail (left pinky) to the point it’s raw and cut 3 cuticles. There was no buffing or any actual nail care done, and I still had to pay $12 for this. I’ve been here multiple times and have always loved the experience, but this was just such a disappointment and an absolute failure on their part.

My nail technician was great. He was very friendly and did a great job. However, the lady that does the scheduling gave me a hard time about just walking in and not having an appointment. She than loudly told a customer that they did not schedule a pedicure but only a nail removal and her technicians didn’t have time for her pedicure. The customer explained that she also asked for a pedicure when she arrived and was seated in the pedicure chair. The lady that does the scheduling than proceeded to complain about people messing up her schedule to the customer whose nails she was doing. It made for a very uncomfortable environment. She was unprofessional and they clearly don’t leave room for walk-ins. I wont be back.

I chose this salon because of its positive Google reviews. I called at 1:45pm to make an appointment. I was told they had an appointment available for 5:30. I arrived on-time, waited 15 minutes before I was greeted, then waited another hour and a 15 minutes to be served (I should have left sooner). Several people arrived after me and were served before me. I asked for a gel manicure, but agreed to dip when the manicurist suggested it because it would last longer. He rushed through the manicure and painted over the edge of my nail, onto the cuticle and skin. There were lumps in the manicure, and noticeable red spots in my pale pink dip. Because he over painted, my nail chipped as soon as I left. When he filed down the dip, he cut multiple of my cuticles, which were burning as the finishing coats were put on. I waited a total of an hour and a half for a 30 minute manicure that was less than perfect.

This was my fourth visit and was very pleased as I was before. The power went out on this visit so another person held a flash light and the manicurist pressed on till the lights came back on. She didn’t skip a beat! Gel manicures
