Critical: QualityI went to this place last week to get my lashes done for a special occasion this week. When I first saw them I thought they looked good but not voluminous. As the day went on, I noticed how uneven the lashes were on each eye. Over the past half week, almost half of the lashes on both sides fell out. I went to this place last week to get my lashes done for a special occasion this week. When I first saw them I thought they looked good but not voluminous. As the day went on, I noticed how uneven the lashes were on each eye. Over the past half week, almost half of the lashes on both sides fell out. The Dysport injection caused one of my eyebrows to droop even after I warned her it happened once before and I didn’t want it to occur again. I went in after it drooped and the clinician proceeded to tell me that I may not have been symmetrical to begin with and my eyes were hooded. So not her fault… “Just use an eyebrow pencil, draw my eyebrow higher until it wears off…..” Really…..?! I have had good results at other spas…. Going elsewhere for another opinion and future services – not back here.
