I liked this place the first time I went so I went back. I didn’t make an appointment (which is on me) but asked how long the wait would be for an SNS polish change. I had plans within a few hours and just wanted to see if I had time to squeeze this in. One of the men replied with “not long, sign in”. After waiting about 15 minutes and realizing I probably should ask again, he called me to the table to sit next to the customer he was working on. Another 15 minutes go by and he tells me “almost done”. I ask, “how much longer do you think it will be?” I’ve now been here for 30 minutes which isn’t unreasonable but it was pushing it for me that day as I still hadn’t had my current polish taken off. He tells me it will be another 30 minutes until he’s done—an hour total. Infuriating. There is an expected wait when you don’t make an appointment at a nail salon, but every other nail salon I’ve been to has been able to give me an estimate. Having me sign in and saying “not long” when the wait would be at least an hour is poor customer care. It definitely seems like they just wanted my money and were trying to keep business by being dishonest. Had I known the wait was 30 minutes—let alone an hour—I simply would have come back another day. Instead, I waited over 30 minutes and had nothing done. I will never return here and wouldn’t encourage anyone else to either. Plenty of other nail places with the same quality who are able to give you an actual wait time and have appropriate staff.

Had my nails done there for about 1 year, no problems. September 2022 had normal manicure and polish . Tech sanded my nails til it burned and I jerked my hand away. Finished the polish, my nails were paper thin, I complained and was told that I should get the s and s or something like that next time. It’s been 4 months, nails are grown out and strong. Never again will I have my nails done at this place. If they could speak English or understand English I would let them no exactly how unhappy I am with the service I received.

I use to love coming here but things have changed. I went in today with my daughter for two pedi’s. We went back to pedi chair quickly got sat down. No water in tubs after sitting there for over an hour not one person said a word to us. They moved in to other ppl nails that came in after us. We eventually just walked out. That’s the only time someone said one word to us. She said just another min. At that point I was done. They could have at least fill tubs with hot water instead of leaving us sit there shoeless and cold for over an hour.

My service took over two hours and my nails are all lump and uneven. It took the tech 3 attempts to get a tip on one finger. She started filing and I had to stop her to point out that the tip was barely attached. They were initially all filed the wrong shape after I asked for coffin. The sns is uneven and the pigment is heavier on some nails vs others. I asked for a design on two nails, and it looked so bad I requested for it to just be removed. I left there at 1pm today and by 4:30, several of my nails are already lifting. Save yourself $50 and two hours and go literally anywhere else.

Went back an hour after I got them done because my polish had already chipped. Instead of taking it all off and redoing it they just painted more on top. The next morning they chipped even more.

Got sns nails done on Friday October 1st around 7pm, heading out October 7th for a weekend getaway to celebrate my sister and I notice my nail is chipped, by Sunday October 10th all of my nails have fallen off but 3. They didn’t even last a week. There is no reason they should have all broke off. Very annoyed and upset.

Came in today and told I would be seen by a lady once she was done with another set. I waited for almost an hour, no big deal, but when she was done she went into the back and never came back out. Terrible customer service.
