I come here once in a while, and now frequently for the next two weeks for a base that before my trip. The girls are friendly and courteous- coming from someone who use to manage Ultimate Exposure years ago. I think their doing a great job! Bottle pic is for fun, I did not buy it there 🙂

Alexis and Zuzu are very nice ladies that work there. I travel a tad farther to this location due to the great customer service, informative ladies working there and clean facility. The wait time is rarely long. I have visited this particular location 3 times. I wanted get a few experiences in before writing a review. If you want fast, clean and personable service. This is a very nice location to visit.

I am not a frequent client of tanning salons but today was my 2nd visit at this one. 3 days ago I went for my 1st tan and I paid $5 for 5 minutes session plus $5 for a little pouch of lotion. Once I entered the room I was given 2 minutes to prepare myself and the lights went on for tanning itself. I didn’t have to push any button to start it. Apparently they were computer regulated.

Front desk was not attentive, conversations with 2 male customers and even offered to charge one of them before signing me up. Signing up from out of town as a new customer & was refused full service options. Not only that, she made a comment on where i moved & how much she hated living there! Not the welcoming committee for anyone new to the area! Lost a potential loyal customer. left wit no tan!

Critical: CleanlinessI’d hate to write a bad review, because this is my favorite LA Tan, and they are usually very nice. But I was about to go in, and noticed that there were 2 clients in the waiting area with no masks. Then both employees were unmasked as well. One was walking up and down the salon with no mask. Critical: QualityThe manager of this store is the worst!!! Bed are broken and not taken care of. Sam does not meet up be being a good manager. The store was crazy busy and 3 beds down at this time of the year. Four ladies left instead of staying and wait. Four ladies left instead of staying and wait. This not a good way to keep business, The staff is always helpful but, they can’t keep the customers happy with broken beds.
