I won’t visit this location again. Despite being open until 9pm, I arrived at 8:42pm and a rude employee named Erica turned me away because it was “too late.” I told her I would happily just do a 7 minute tan and would be extremely quick knowing that they closed soon, in 18 minutes. She still turned me away, even though there were no customers there. I work late and in the past a nice guy who works there has let me do a quick tan up to 10 minutes before closing. Unfortunately though, one bad seed can really spoil the bunch and I won’t come back to this location moving forward.

Clean, great local tanning spot. I would give 4 stars but when I stopped by a few days ago they were closed an hour and a half early. Luckily, my first experience was good enough I’m only docking one star and hoping it a one time mistake. At the very least they should have posted a note stating, “Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to close early…” Might be a good idea to have one if this situation ever arises again.

Wanted to get pre tanned before a trip, explained to the lady my situation and that I’m a first timer, followed her instructions to a t (besides going for a stronger second session)and I left for vacation with a sun burn after 2 visits.

I’ve used the packages for a safe tan before going on 2 Cruises so I would not get burned in the hot beautiful island I’ve visited. Staff has always been exceptional at greeting and processing all my requests. I’ve used this location for the past 2 years since it’s so close to my home. I’ve used the packages for a safe tan before going on 2 Cruises so I would not get burned in the hot beautiful island I’ve visited. Staff has always been exceptional at greeting and processing all my requests. When I missed my contract dates because of personal issues they went out of their way to extend my package so I did not lose what I purchased .I’ve never had any negativity from anyone and they treat me professionally and always tell me to have a nice day or evening on my way out.

Very friendly staff! The manager Nick helped me choose the right plan for me. He is always pleasant and smiling. Gretchen is super friendly and informative. Lauren is new and is doing a great job as well. Every time I go there I am greeted and served with a smile. They do a great job keeping it clean as well. The service is generally fast and I’m usually in and out. Yes they are open too. Google had them as closed for covid. Very glad I found it. Tanning is great for my mood during fall and winter so despite the UV exposure they are great to have in the neighborhood.

I usually never tan so the girls were really helpful and patient answering my million questions about all the lotions and types of tanning options i could receive. I really appreciated that and i highly recommend tanning at this location.

I go here pretty often 1-2x a week. I would have given 5 stars except the bottom of the Stand Up machines are always filthy. I get a nice tan and the staff is pretty friendly, parking is always easy to find. If only they would clean out the bottom Of the stand ups they would be great!

Don’t like this place at all. The lady that signed me up was nice, not very informative on the lotions though. I signed up for a membership on level 3 for $40 a month. There are 3 level 3 beds here, one lay down and two stand up. The lay down has about 10 bulbs out and seeing other reviews, it seems like the bulbs have been out for months. When I asked the guy working if the lay down was fixed he said to me “it’s not broken. It has a few bulbs out but that won’t make a difference.” It did. When I switched to a stand up for my next session I burned, going the same amount of time as the lay down, and they are the same level bed. There’s one good stand up that has all of it bulbs (I shouldn’t even have to point that fact out.) Then the other stand up has 3 bulbs out and 2 that are completely missing. It’s like they ran out of bulbs. I’m very unhappy with my decision to buy a membership here. Definitely going to cancel.
