Stefani & Marisa deserve 5 stars for their professional and polite way they run the salon. Beside that I think the salon is run down and the beds need to be updated, at the very least they need new bulbs. The new manager Dianna is not a real people person and might want to look into a new line of work. Something that doesn’t have her dealing with the public.

Love this location! The girls are fantastic and super helpful, salon is clean and beds are great! Their versa spa is also one of the best I’ve used, with multiple options, giving you a spray that blends perfectly and looks totally natural! Can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience there – just love!

Went here last night before they closed because there was a long wait at the facility in Mokena. Called the place in advance asking if there was a wait and the girl on the phone said if we got there before 9pm we would be fine. When we arrived the girl at the front desk immediately started giving us (me and other girls) attitude. She was obviously frustrated because it was late and she wanted to close but, as customers this looks really bad on the employee. We told her the situation since a few girls had paid already at the other facility and a few had free tans on their account. The employee was on facetime with her boss complaining and rolling her eyes trying to figure everything out. Overall attitude was rude and not welcoming and most girls had to pay for a tan although they shouldn’t have had to. In all reality every girl there should’ve received a curtesy because of the service we received at both LA tan facilities. Also most girls weren’t happy with the color of their tan. Was not a good experience.

Great staff, they are always super helpful. Amanda is very knowledgeable when it comes to which lotions to use. She is extremely friendly and knows her stuff. When it comes to tanning I don’t really know much but she has always been able to answer my questions and my mother’s who is very new to tanning. Love this location!

I’ve been tanning for a long time and this is the salon I constantly come back to!! I love the cleanliness of the salon and the girls that work there are so personable!! 10/10 Recommend!!!!! The new Level 5 laydown is my new fave, definitely worth a try!

The staff here is so friendly! Samantha told me about the new afffinity bed that they had received and that I should try it. It was the best thing ever!!! While your tanning you get to choose from options whether it be to dim the lights or to have a mist of water spray you while you get too hot. I highly recommend this bed and will probably be upgrading my package just so I can use this bed. Thanks sam!!

Was in today & was second in line when I walked in, the guy in front of me went in the bed I wanted to go in, so I waited.. when he got out of the bed & left the girl was helping someone else in line & then immediately after she told me I was all set in that room without even going back to clean it. Disgusting. I took the spray bottle and cleaned the bed myself since she clearly did not plan on cleaning it. This is how diseases get spread, I will not be returning to this location.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM INEXPERIENCED STAFF!!! i WENT to LA tan in Lemont for a tan and the girl Amanda asked me for my eye wear. I produced the stickers I purchased there the last time I was there and she insisted I purchase a new set. When I asked why these are perfectly good she straight faced rudely ignored my concern and said it’s policy. I said well I have some already she said you bought those here last time, I remember because I sold them to you. I said so they still work and she just looked at me and said you have to buy a new pair. She forced me to purchase a new pair, what a RIP OFF!! Why would they do that to their customers?? That girl should be fired – be employee choices..
