She was very unprofessional. Literally left me an my husband alone in the salon for 15 minutes while she picked her son up and took him home. Then was on the phone or FaceTime the rest of the time. Nails don’t look the greatest but I’ve had worse. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Acrylic nails

Awesome job on both pedicure and manicure! She took off the old acrylic I had on and was careful not to break my actual nails underneath. Pedicure wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was still very relaxing and she took her time. Wasn’t very expensive either! She did exactly what I wanted and was very friendly. Will be going here again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI should’ve looked at reviews before coming here. All of the “gel” polish was old and crusted over. When she started doing my “manicure” she used an already used clipper!!! Disgusting. Nails started peeling after 1st week. She was nice, but obviously in a hurry to get to next customer. Polish was thick and clumpy. Just awful.

This place is dirty! The chairs have nasty looking stains on them and the entire place could use a good disinfecting. The lady did not talk or even attempt small talk. Good Customer service is not what you would get here. During my manicure the lady pulled off a hunk of my skin. I started bleeding and she didn’t apologize or even say a word. She put some blue stuff on the finger that was bleeding and kept going as if what she did was apart of the service. I would not go back to this place even if she offered me free manicures for life! I don’t think this place has ever been inspected. This was my first and last time going to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to just get polish on my toes. She was very sloppy it looked like she did not want to be bothered. And on top of the horrible service and horrible work, she charged me 15$ for 3 mins of throwing polish on my toes that I had to take of the next day.

Walked in with my sister in law, she never asked what we wanted just had us sit down and started on our nails. After she started she then asked what we wanted done, was on her phone the entire time and rushed through the entire process of our nails. She put way too much polish and clear coat on to dry, sat under light for 30+ minutes and they still weren’t dry. As we were sitting there drying our nails she took her shoes off and put them in the chair on her phone. She was more interested in her phone than anything! Didn’t clean the equipment between me and my sister in law so who knows when it was last cleaned!

I went in a on the 24th of February! The lady did a great job and was fast and didn’t complain about my group of 6 that I was with! I asked if she could do a set for me and she told me that they didn’t have the color! I wanted nude! So instead I got French tip. The rest of my group got colored nails with designs and I still somehow paid $35 and they paid $30 even tho I called ahead and asked for a price and was told $25 my nails are still on and haven’t grown out much! They could be more shiny and I wish they had the powder instead of just nail polish! The only place I know that doesn’t have the powder color for acrylics!!! But hey JC is a small time can’t complain!!

Had a manicure and it was rushed and sloppy. I paid for her to put a heart on them and it was so crazy looking I told her to take it off because it didn’t even look like a heart. She didn’t even give me my money back for the design. Her hands where very shakey the whole time. And she kept pushing I paid before she finished. Very unprofessional dont recommend this place at all. She was the only one there so I cant speak for anyone else who may work there
