The design was spot on and the nails stayed on even during a couple hours of bowling. The nail tech was a little rough with the filing and when she cut my cuticles but otherwise I enjoyed it!

Positive: QualityThey do a really great job but they are too worried about getting all of their walk in customers in that they rush through their current customers, that is their only downfall, in my opinion call ins should be priority and should not be rushed since they called ahead specifically so that they get quality service. My nails came out great on shape and color but the design was poor due to rushed service so I didn’t like the turn out but only because of the design mess up. They do a really great job but they are too worried about getting all of their walk in customers in that they rush through their current customers, that is their only downfall, in my opinion call ins should be priority and should not be rushed since they called ahead specifically so that they get quality service. My lady went there to get nails done,and came back with nice great looking nails.she broke her thumb nail in half straight across n clean,and she went that same day it broke,and they redid it for her.

Customer service was great. Only disappoint was with pedicure. Im use to a full pedi with scarper, all they did was use square emery board. Turned out good but with scraper my feet just feel softer. I asked and she said they don’t allow.her to use them. Guess it’s an Oklahoma thing
