Poor customer service skills. This was most rushed gel manicure ever had. It appears they were running out of the color I chose as girl kept tapping and shaking the bottle. After removing my prior color and cutting cuticles she dusted nails off instead having me wash my hands like most nail salons do. Didn’t clean under the nail. Didn’t even paint entire nail there were areas still white when completed. Didn’t ask if wanted nails round, Square or even cut. I think this place is about quantity of customers not high quality of service. Very disappointing work. Tracy nails does better job. You can see in the photos my nails don’t even look like they were just done…

I got a gel full set, gave her a picture of what I wanted and just asked for a more pink color and almond shape. I said if she was unable to do the design I was perfectly okay with getting something else. She assured me she could do it, but these pictures just show otherwise. She also cut me multiple times during the appointment. My boyfriend got a regular manicure and she didn’t even file one of his hands. It was $70 + tip for something that should look much better. Just really disappointed with the whole experience.

I went here to try out a new salon. I will not be going back. I had dip powder on my nails already and it needed to be soaked off. A lady put my hands in a bag of nail polish remover and left me there for twenty minutes while doing someone’s lashes. Fine cool whatever, I get that there a others things that can be done while my nails are soaking off. No biggie. She comes back and tells me that I soaked my nails wrong because I didn’t scrub them while I was sitting there. Which I did, but that’s ok. My first time at this shop, the lady who greeted us was very friendly. My nail tech was not, he didn’t talk nor greeted me, he just did my nails. I liked that my nails were the shape/size that I asked for but when I looked at them closer after leaving the length of my nails on one hand did not match my other hand. Here it is now a little over a week and a couple of the nails are coming up. La Nails is one place I would not give my money to again.

I haven’t been to LA Nails in years, but decided to come today because my daughter wanted her nails done and the place we usually go was closed. LA Nails is so clean and spacious. The people were friendly and had enough people there to meet the needs of customers as they came in. No one had to sit and wait. Needless to say, my daughter loved her nails and toes and we will be back again.

my first experience with this place was in may, and those nails was perfect. i went there yesterday and i do not like these nails, especially my thumbs they are so wide & kinda look like duck nails. i will not go back to this place, didn’t really even do the design i wanted & the painting on the tip is don’t even fully done. & my french tip is all different length.

I usually like this place. I asked the ppl outside if they were still opened and that I wanted a pedicure. They said yes. I let them know from the beginning what I wanted and it didn’t seem to be an issue. But I guess because they were fixing to close in 30 minutes one of the ladies wanted to rush me and try to make get something I didn’t want. I did not finish the pedicure because they didn’t accommodate what I wanted. I’ll never come to this place again. Even when I use to come here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! They will never get another dime of my money. The lady that had the problem left early and I wouldn’t recommend her to anybody and the owner didn’t even care that I was unsatisfied.

I have been going to this shop over a year. But after today I doubt I will return. The nail tech messed up my shape the acrylic is way to thick and she charged me more than I have ever been charged there. I now have to schedule an appointment with another tech to get this fixed!
