K&T Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityNEVER again. The “owner” told me to come at 10:00am (the time they open) & was LATE. I called her to see where she was, she ended up arriving 10 minutes late. Addition to that, i had to sit at the chair and wait for her to open her shop. When she finally set down she painted my nails w/ polish that was nearly GONE! I told her if they were running out of that color I’d choose another one. Nope, still painted my nails with the same polish. I then asked if she had time to do my nails & she replied yes. Another customer had came in & she did her toes , didn’t even end up doing my toes . I paid full price (in which i shouldn’t have). My hands & fingers had polish all over them , i was better off doing them myself!NEVER again.
