I went here for a gel manicure this morning and the staff were extremely friendly… the nail tech did a wonderful job and was very gentle with my cuticles and nails. I notice a lot of bad reviews are from over 3 years ago, but my current experience was lovely. Great place to go for gel polish!

My nails are in extremely rough shape, two fingers missing half the nail. Other salons have laughed in my face and been very judgmental. Even after looking at my nails Anna said she could do them, and they have NEVER looked so amazing!! Anna is the BEST nail professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My nails are in extremely rough shape, two fingers missing half the nail. Other salons have laughed in my face and been very judgmental. Even after looking at my nails Anna said she could do them, and they have NEVER looked so amazing!! Absolutely the best pedicure in Hamp!!!! Very friendly staff, the owner is very accommodating when she can be and everyone is very happy!! Anna really pampered me today!! She truly makes me feel as appreciated as she is!!

I have been coming here for over a year now and experience wise with service is great I get my nails done sometimes they’re not even though sometimes the nail polish is kind of a mess my toes are uneven my nails are never the right sizes they’re too big and a lot of people that I do go see afterwards to go get my nails done always complaining and say they’re too thick. My problem is is that I pay about $50 more for the same service as other places locally as I do at this place there’s no prices listed inside to tell you the price it’s like it’s made up and I pay each time I go there a different price. I pay over $110 for my nails and my feet done about a $50 difference. I hate to be the complainer but that’s a lot of money when you have to get your nails done two to every 3 weeks. It’s extremely expensive compared to competitors

My first experience at Kristy’s was amazing! All staff were super friendly and let me slip in late for a gel fill! They took their time and really cared about how my nails turned out, and my satisfaction with their work. They were friendly, funny people and the salon is gorgeous & relaxing. Went for my first time yesterday with my sister and we loved it! Got a full set and a pedicure done and my eyebrows waxed and all services were amazing. Everyone was so nice and everything was clean not to mention the price was way better then any nail salon in the area! Definitely recommend going if you are looking for a new spot you will not be disappointed

I went here about a week and a half ago. I got a gel manicure. The space was very clean and the woman who did my nails was very nice. However, she did cut one of my cuticles when prepping my nails for the polish. It ended up bleeding after I left and putting a bandaid over new nails is the last thing I wanted to do. A couple days later, I noticed that one of my nails had cracked. I was upset and annoyed because I have gotten gel nail polish at other places with no problems with cracking. I used nail glue and then went on with my day. Another day went by and a different nail cracked. I glued it and then decided I should get them removed ASAP to avoid more cracking. I couldn’t today since I was really busy but it was a big mistake not making time because while I was at work, a third nail cracked. THEN within the span of an hour, I found three more cracks within my nails. Six total and some of them were incredibly painful. I ended up spending an hour picking them off but now my nail beds are torn up and will be damaged until they fully grow out. So upset. I guess if you go here, get a regular manicure.

The staff was friendly and the salon was nice. Those were the only pluses. I received an acrylic fill. I chose an OPI color, they charged me $3 extra. Which is fine. BUT they used some cheep top coat that ended up scratching up quickly and actually chipping then peeling off. Wasn’t the most clean paint job. Uneven dispersion around the bottom. And they only accepted cash payments. Will not go back.
