I recently strained my lower back and was in pain for more than 2 weeks and was referred to Kristen by a co-worker, and I have to thank her! Kristen is super sweet and personable. She made me feel comfortable and secure. The room was set up nice; black out curtains and soothing music to set the tone. And she was very gentle but firm with the massage. Woke up the day after with pain-free movement! Will definitely be going back to her!

Kristen has healing hands and the heart of a compassion for her clients. The passion that she has to make sure that her clients needs are met are unmatched! I’ve gotten several massages from Kristen since she began her business. I have walked into her office a hot mess, unable to turn my head, issues with chronic migraines, sports related muscle cramps, to name a few. My massage with Kristen was beyond amazing despite it being only a short session, she was very effective in loosening up the tight knots in my rhomboids and relieving the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders with just the right amount of pressure. I have experienced my fair share of massages both the mediocre and the exceptional (took a break no thanks to covid) and Kristen’s approach and knowledge/expertise is among the best in her profession.
