Such a cute salon! Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. I called for an appointment last minute and the very kind receptionist was able to get me a good appointment time. This place is WAY over priced, even for Hawaii. The lady painted my French pedicure and it was clumpy and not even. They had no other colors besides clear for a French and the white color was old and crusty, she had to look for three other colors to match up. It’s been less then a day and they are already peeling. The only difference in the luxury pedicure and the basic polish pedicure is a 2-minute sugar scrub, there is no massage, no massage chair and no hot wax or even lotion applied. Not worth it for $85. Then the eye brow wax was $30 and she didn’t even shape my brows. Very disappointed.

Someone needs yo bring the pedi chairs and technicians to the present. 10:00am she was 15 minutes late. Those chairs are ancient! No hydro jets no adjustments on the chairs. No massage on the back. . Pathetic! Had a callous on big toe, she didn’t touch it. Best was part, $68! .Lucky she got a $5 tip…and I was generous at that. Poor quality, not professional and ridiculous price. Not ever using their services again.

Entitled. Rude. Unprofessional. First I get three different texts reminding me of my appointment only to show up on time and wait for 30 mins. The girl at the front was not friendly, obviously having personal issues and should not have been at work today. After sitting there for 15 minutes with no one informing me of what’s going on I walk up to the desk and before I can even say a word, she barks at me, “She’s just running late,” with a crazy expression on her face. So I sit back down. Another 15 minutes later she says, very unfriendly, “She’s 8 minutes away.” The whole time treating me as if it’s my fault that I am here for my appointment waiting to get my haircut. Finally someone casually walks in, does not acknowledge me or say I’m sorry I’m late but goes directly to the desk and starts helping another customer. Entitled much?! So I walk up and say I’m leaving only for the girl who was suppose to cut my hair have the audacity to tell me, “I’m just helping a customer.” Well what the hell am I?! A customer. Who you’ve kept waiting for 30 minutes and obviously don’t care. As if my time isn’t important and my situation doesn’t matter. Only you and the girl behind the desk’s time seems to matter. Is it because I’m local/Hawaiian that you feel pretentious enough to treat me like a second class citizen? Do you really think that in this extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and uncomfortable position your actions have now caused, that I would pay money to have you stand over me for an hour and cut my hair?!?!?! The worst part is, I don’t think this is an isolated event, or just a bad day. It was pure entitled and pretentious character flaws of the two women, and that is not ok.
