My Bestfriend (for her birthday) had an appointment with one lady. Then after waiting for 2hrs. Another lady came in (off work) and to do her hair. We were not made aware of the changes NO one said anything. The ONLY reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because try Bestfriend was really happy with her hair after 5 hours.

My first visit at the KolorBar was great. I called 1st and the person I spoke with over the phone was polite and enthusiastic. She said to come on and I could just walk in and get serviced. My mother and I went and we were serviced right away and the shampoo tech was awesome. The stylist Kristy did my mom and my hair and she was extremely quick, professional, and kind. She is an amazing hair care professional. I know I have found my new hair salon. I wish KolorBar the best.

All of the ladies are nice. Christie has done my hair twice. I was and am pleased with my hair and her expedited, pleasant service. The price $50 for a silk press + hydration is just right for me as well. Looking forward to going back.

This was my first time going and my last. The customer service is horrible. Stylist washed two people before me and moved me to be next. Her friend walks in and she moves me to wash HER hair instead. She then proceeds to blow dry and trim ANOTHER girl’s hair when AGAIN she said I was next. THEN she has her friend come to the chair and she starts styling her hair. I waited 45 minutes to be washed and just watched as she handled multiple people with no attempt to do my hair. It was to the point I didn’t feel like she wanted to do my hair even though I had called ahead and told her I was coming. I understand she had a special going on and I would have understood she was booked and even possibly scheduled another appointment because she was highly recommended. But due to the lack of professionalism and the fact her apology was “well I do have a special, everyone has to wait” I’m never going back.
