Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTina is absolutely one of a kind, so talented, so detailed, so kind and caring and truly cares about you and is so delicate with your hair!!! She completely transformed my hair after it got completely fried at a different salon. She is an absolute blessing and was SO AMAZING. My hair feels incredible now after she took care of me. Tina is absolutely one of a kind, so talented, so detailed, so kind and caring and truly cares about you and is so delicate with your hair!!! She completely transformed my hair after it got completely fried at a different salon. She is an absolute blessing and was SO AMAZING. My hair feels incredible now after she took care of me. Tina is by far the most talented stylist I have ever encountered! She is professional, trust worthy and highly accommodating. As an owner she takes extreme pride in the quality of services, the environment for her clients comfort and is willing to work any day any time (taking as much time as needed ) to make your transition from short hair to long flowing locks that is virtually undetected as extensions. I would refer Tina in a heartbeat and be willing to share my experience with anyone who is interested in what is feels like to go from dated short hair – to long youthful sexy hair that looks and feels like “what your mom gave you”

Tina is brilliant! I walked in after a super bad haircut which took my hair from waist length to my shoulders. I was in tears. She took me under her wing and my hair grew rapidly under her loving care. I have seen her transform hundreds of women with plain ordinary or broken hair into long haired beauties. Tina takes her time with each person and understands their needs and works with their budgets. She has amazing techniques and an amazing spirit!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was the worse experience, to start out my appointment was at 8 am and I sat in the salon for 2 hours while the person doing my extensions ran around purchasing hair. I understand it’s a long process but I didn’t leave the salon until 4:30 due to the person doing my hair doing other clients in between and had a friend there to help her do my extensions, whom I didn’t schedule the appointment with.I had extensions put in less then a month ago and after a week they started falling out. I was told it was my fault. I used a comb on the ends and a wet brush that was recommended. I bought the shampoo and conditioner that was recommended and washed every three days. I went and got a second opinion to make sure it wasn’t my fault and the extension expert I went to reassured me the extensions were put in incorrectly. I contacted the person who put them in and was offered to come back to the salon, I would not go back so she could destroy my hair even more. Knox Salon is amazing. Tina the owner is a colorist God! Tina took my brassy yellow blonde (that I had been to 4 stylist trying to get it right) and made it the perfect blonde! People stop me and ask how did I get this phenomenal color? I have been to frederic fekkai‘s salon on Rodeo Drive but Tina is better! My hair is soft and gorgeous!

Don’t waste your money with Tina. She’s a scam artist. She had me pay a deposit and didn’t put my extensions in for over a month later. I had to text her every day. Before she finally “squeezed” me in. She had her friend there the whole time. Ignored me. At one point in the midddle of the apt. She asked me to get out of the chair so she could do her friends hair. Super unprofessional. She didn’t interact with me at all. She was too distracted. My extensions fell out not even 3 weeks later. I tried to contact her about it. She never answered me. And that was 3 months ago. WILL NOT EVER USE HER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. She will ruin your hair.
