The product offering is great, but I was very disturbed at how one of the Female owner/managers sat on a stool behind the counter, right by the cash register & would not check out patrons while the only other Rep. Helped another patron. She did not address any of the Customers, reassuring them that someone would be with them momentarily. nor did she say thank you or come again. The Male owner/manager has displayed more of a gracious presence on my previous visits. This woman’s demeanor will make sure I never give Kings Beauty my Business again.
