Kim did a fabulous job with my Dad’s pedicure. He just turned 84 yrs old and he enjoyed his 1st pedicure ever! His feet looked better than I’ve ever seen them….thank you Kim!!

I received a gel manicure. I won’t go back because the technician didn’t listen to me. I asked for a specific product and she chose to disregard my wishes and say that what she did was better after the manicure was complete. My manicure had pits and smudge after two days. She was argumentative and I was very disappointed in the customer service and attitude.

I had a great pedicure about 5 years ago from a salon back where I grew up. Since then I have not been able to find a salon that did amazing pedicures at reasonable prices until I came to Kim’s! I believe I was with the owner, and he did SUCH an amazing job! Paid really close attention to what my feet needed and I believe he went above and beyond what was expected. Very friendly staff too! 🙂

One of the best pedicures I have had, especially considering the affordable pricing!! We got the basic pedicure, which was spa grade in my opinion.. With a scrub and relaxing massage! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We will be back likely every year when we are in OKI for vacation!

Worst experience in a nail salon ever. My friend and I had appointments and were seated quickly. That’s what the one star is for. The tech never spoke a word to me but didn’t stop to take a breath while conversing with the tech beside her. She never asked if I wanted my toenails straight across or rounded, cut them shorter than I wanted, and didn’t work on calluses but a minute. The water was lukewarm and the hot towel was left on my legs for another minute. She didn’t put separates between my toes and just left me sitting there unsure if I was done. She stopped in the middle of my pedicure to go clean her last station! And to top it off, a toddler was there coughing and came out from the back running around undressed from the waist down. I moved to Southport nearly four years ago. After trying several nail places, I found Kim’s on Howe Stt. Kim, Hannah and Tony have all done my acrylic fills and pedicures. All of them are good but I always ask for Tony now. He is a good listener and very sweet and responsive to what I need. I get so many compliments on my nails and he goes above and beyond, to make sure I’m happy about the job when I leave. All their stations are very clean!

Best place in town. Went to J&J and it was the worst experience EVER!!!!! Luckily the talented staff at Kim’s fixed me right up.. Great massage and perfect pink and white set of nails. If you’re looking for a CLEAN salon, FRIENDLY staff, and GOOD job, then this is the best place around!

I always have a great time when I’m here but this time my chair wasn’t working and the polish on my pedicure starting peeling off two days later. Still had a good time just a little disappointed that my pedicure didn’t last at all.
