Very rough with my hands. Pried my nails off with a tip because they “don’t soak acrylics off”. They also added things that I didn’t ask for such as the paraffin wax. I don’t think this was worth $42. My nails are so lumpy. There’s dents and the shape of my nails are awful. I asked if she could square them up a little more. I think that made it worse. The back of my nails look messy. The clear coat on my thumb nail is rough. In the last picture you can see how uneven it is. It has a flat spot at the end of my nail. Overall just a really bad experience. Will not be going back

This is my third time here, and they are wonderful! Way more gentle than the other place they are near. My nails are beautiful, and they do waxing right! I’ll keep coming back because they are customer focused and are just awesome!

Noticed a new salon in the area the owner said they had been there 4 months and thought I would give it a shot. Did great on my gel manicure and then I had a pedicure with regular polish. Over an hour later when I got home all the polish on my toes are still gooey. Never had this happen with regular polish after an hour and 15 minutes . I called to explain what happen and the lady said I told you they are still wet. But this is an hour after leaving there and waiting under the dryer for approximately 15 minutes. I explained it to her and I can’t just drive another 40 minutes back and I just feel like I wasted money on a pedicure. She said they could repaint them but the regular polish with a pedicure is no extra charge. Still not the Concept. I paid for a pedicure and that includes nails to be painted… Leaving the salon I thought I would be going back but at this point I will not. People do not want to have to go back after they took time out of a busy day to have services done. Now I have removed all the polish and painting them myself.

I just needed a fill in. The man cut me several times. My nails are not shaped right. He didn’t know what he was doing couldn’t even form the ball of acrylic. They are lumpy and the overall shaped of the nails is wrong. He didn’t even know how to paint them didn’t use a base coat. He flooded my cuticles with acrylic. The primer he used was burning my nails. I have a nail tech I usually go to but she was out bc she had a baby. I don’t care how nice the shop looks if you can’t do nails it needs to be closed. Horrible .

i’m not one to be rude but i went to kimmie nail to try it out and i paid $40 for nails that look rough. she redid my design 5 times so i said to just do all white. but very nice people, and i sat there for 2 1/2 hours.

I do not recommend this place at all!!! They have really bad attitudes and can’t even do a simple nail color/design. Citi Nails is way better than this place. If you ever think about going to this place I recommend you to change your mind and not waste your money. Nail designs

Very rough with my hands. I asked for regular they gave me gel anyway. Idk why it’s $25-$30 for a FILL IN. My nails look terrible. Lumpy and not filed correctly. Mini dents and everything. Very unpleased. Charged me $30 for getting gel which I didn’t ask for and then once I brought it up she told me $27. $27 for a bad fill in. So upset.
