2 stars because she was so sweet and tried to do her best cut on my hair. I mean the cut is cute, but her scissors must have been very dull. I’ve never experienced split ends and severe frizziness after a cut. And I ended up having to flat iron my hair after, to cut long strands everywhere. I’m not sure what is going on with my hair at this point but, she was amazing as a person and extremely professional. SIDENOTE: I’m bi-racial, had long curly hair.
