Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have never written a bad review in my entire life even when service wasn’t the best but this place deserves one. Came in for a pedicure at 4:25. The door said they take walk ins. I was told it would be a 30 min wait so I waited out in my car. Walked in at exactly 4:55 and I was seated in a pedicure chair right away. The lady who I believe is the receptionist came by a few times just smiling at me. No one let me know that I would be sitting there waiting for 48 minutes before they got started on my pedicure. I would have just came back an hour and a half later if I knew that would be the case. Aside from the wait, this was a PAINFUL pedicure. The lady was literally violent with my feet and my cuticles were even bleeding at one point while she was doing my pedicure. I would understand the need to be more aggressive if I didn’t keep up with getting pedicures and keeping my feet hygienic but I get a pedicure every 3-4 at most, don’t have callouses and I have never had someone be this aggressive with my feet. On top of that, it was extremely rushed to the point where it didn’t even seem like they were at least trying to make it look good. Paid $42 for a “deluxe pedicure” (even though I asked for a normal pedi which they have listed as $22) just to have to go home and fix it myself. Safe to say I could have paid a random person walking on the street to give me a pedicure and they would have done a better job. You should probably avoid this place if you can go literally anywhere else, I didn’t have that option since I did need a last minute pedicure before the weekend and my usual pedicure girl was fully booked until New Years. I understand getting what you paid for but at the bare minimum, you shouldn’t have to walk out feeling like a torture device was used on your feet.
