Kathy is great at what she does ! This was my first time coming into her shop I love that she has parking for the shop that made it so much easier compared to other shops on main road with double parking. the salon is not crowded like others she is very professional and knowledgeable I love her confidence! the prices are fair! And the atmosphere is chill, movies playing, clean area. I’ll definitely be coming back!! I recommend this place to anyone in need of a dresser! Thank you Kathy I’ve received so many compliments already !

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Working with the staff before the appointment to make sure we were clear with all directions was awful and very inconsistent. Then when you walk in this place is dirty! They don’t clean up before and after each client there is garbage and hair every where. Just hideous!

Tried to get my hair done but mask was mandatory but never said it on the phone and we are way past COVID. Didn’t provide a mask so we had to leave for 10 minutes and buy a mask cause she doesn’t provide one but she requires one. Even though I told her I would be right back after a rude first encounter of me opening the door and her just saying “mask!” We come back 10 minutes from getting a mask for her safety & she decides to take someone else instead of my brother and I & then tried gas lighting & saying “weren’t you guys tomorrow?” Even though she knew we were coming back for our appointment when we got the masks. Never going back, BAD vibe all around

Absolute worst experience EVER!!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. It smells atrocious in there, the wait is over 1hr despite making a appointment, no professionalism ALL ATTITUDE and my favorite… SHE WILL SEND YOU HOME WITH YOUR HAIR HALF DONE and tell you to come back another day because of lack of hair or time. She still wanted the full price. I thought i was being pranked but apparently there are allot of unsatisfied customers who said they had the same experience. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never AGAIN!!!!!

I’m bald so I didn’t need hair braiding when I was there.However my beard was giving me trouble as I can never get it even when I trim it.Kathy and hee teM took me right in and trimmed my beard perfectly..The salon is always clean,the couch in the waiting area is EXTREMELY comfortable and I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing anything done with thier hair.Kathy is AMAZING and such a pleasure to talk to.If you go anywhere else your waiting your money.

I went on a Thursday for my daughters prom. My appointment was at 9am. She got her hair done. She wanted a sew in. We bought the hair. Since I was not able to stay in the salon with her I could not chime in on What looked right or if it was not done well. my daughter could of said something but since she never got this done before she did not know. When I came to pick her up it looked good at first glance. I asked my daughter if she liked it she said yes. When we went back to the car I told her that it look like the front could of been smaller. It looked like the middle part was not done right. The front part was coming off. It was loose. It appeared as it was not in the center also. I called the salon to see if we can go back and get it fixed. Called about 10 times after getting home. No answer. I finally gave up calling and tried to fix it myself. I would go back but I would like to be there. I dont know if she asked her if it was ok or not so I can’t comment on that. She did a good job but it didn’t look like it belonged on her hair. It was to tight in the front and didn’t leave any baby hairs to try to fix it to not make it like it was just a piece of hair on top of her head. It really looked like a bad wig.
