I visited Katie Mason Wellness for a 60 massage. The atmosphere of the studio was ideal: quiet, well-ventilated, clean, and welcoming. Katie herself was warm and inviting. She checked in with me regarding my needs and goals, and very carefully remembered these throughout the session. The massage itself was the most relaxing and comprehensive I have ever received. I left feeling cared for and rejuvenated. I cannot recommend Katie’s work more highly!

I booked a 30 minute targeted massage with Kate when i was having some tightness in my neck and shoulders. It was one of the best massages i have ever had. Kate makes you feel comfortable and has a calming presence. The space is warm and welcoming. When i arrived i was stressed and anxious and i floated out! I booked another massage immediately . I look forward to trying the sauna and will definitely book reiki and reflexology in the future. You can tell she really cares about her clients and is passionate with what she does. Thank you

It had been several years since I had a massage so there was a lot of tension built up in my body!! I immediately felt comfortable as soon as I walked into Kate’s space. Kate took the time to get to know me and my needs. The session was 90 minutes and I could have stayed longer! I left feeling relaxed, tension free and happy! I can’t wait for my next appointment! Kate is absolutely amazing! I’ve used her infrared sauna multiple times to help with a heavy metal detox and I always feel so refreshed and energized after. Everything is clean and easy to use. I’ve also seen her for reiki and it really helped me release negative energy. It was extremely powerful and a new experience I am so glad I did. Kate is accommodating and such a great person that I would recommend to anyone I know. She is extremely knowledgeable and I look forward to each of my sessions!

I just can’t say enough good things about Kate Mason Wellness! I had a 90 minute massage service with a paraffin wax add on. Everything was perfect! Katie was able to release all of my knots, leaving me feeling relaxed and energized. Her use of Himalayan sea salt hot stones was s fabulous touch! The calming music and aromatherapy helped make the ambiance extra special! Of course, the chocolate at the end was delicious too. Overall, I had a fabulous experience and will definitely return in the future.
