Carmen is amazing five stars are not enough, she stayed opened late to accommodate me, my mom and my daughter. I did not mind travelling from Miami, so that Karmen can cut and highlight my hair. She also did an amazing job with my daughter’s hair. Finally, i I have to mention Carmen’s sister did a great job with my mother’s hair. We will be returning.

I had a not so good experience. They were not ready for a walking appointment to do extensions. I got my extensions done about two-three weeks ago and the extensions are already starting to FALL OUT they are supposed to last 3 MOUTHS!! I tried to call them and let them know but they don’t pick up for a whole week. It was a very unprofessional experience for the amount of money I paid! I’m very unhappy! Although the employee seemed nice and sweet she seemed scared of her boss- Karen. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! super expensive for not a super expensive job. Like how do you not know when you need to double a layer of an extension and then think to charge extra about it???? I wish I could say more good things.

I called made an appointment for my daughter to get her hair treated not flat irioned she said she understood because I wanted my baby too look natural because her hair looked like a Afro in in front & looked permed in back but never had 1 but she told me 25$ and did everything thing I did not ask for & charged me 50$ I will never go here again
