We know Karen to be a friendly, honest, fair, and professional person.She has been in business for over 18 years and Genuinely cares about people and tries her best to help them.She realizes there are unfair negative reviews from people who have not ever seen her, or who have treated her unkindly and want to complain.She is consistently fair with her prices and her services. She is responsive and understands if people have emergencies or other situations that cause them to miss an appointment or be running late for an appointment.I highly recommend Karen for deep tissue massage and will continue to see her on a regular basis to keep myself in good health.I have seen Karen for over five years on a steady basis. Positive: ProfessionalismThis is Karen Busch, RMT, the sole proprietor of this business. I would like the chance to address 2 other reviews here by Michelle Lynn and Andrea Robertson. I have not had personal or professional contact with either one of these ladies that I recall or have any record of.Regarding Andrea’s comments, I absolutely understand someone who has an emergency situation. It happens to all of us. I get it. I give people the benefit of scheduling again in the case of emergencies (and sometimes just plain forgetting the massage). If clients have a regular habit of being irresponsible, that’s a different story.I run my business with courtesy towards others at all times. I enjoy helping others who are respectful, courteous, and appreciative. Please understand that ANYTHING inappropriate will not be tolerated.In further response to Andrea Robertson, saying that I advertise on Groupon because I’m in a “struggling business”…my reviews on Groupon legitimize my business and professionalism, as well as help get my name out there to people who are GENUINELY seeking the help they need. I have been practicing massage since 2004 (almost 20 years total currently).This is July 2022, and I currently have 227 reviews on Groupon. My rating is 4.8/5.0 stars.
