In 2004, I wanted to create a medical spa that helped men and women look as fabulous on the outside as they felt on the inside. I wanted to combine the aloha “ohana” spirit with southern hospitality. Most people want to avoid the plastic surgery, so if you do things along the way to take care of your skin, you can age gracefully. Start a skin care regimen early and be consistent. We try the products and services and test them first to make sure they work. If we don’t see results, we will not offer it at Kai. Don’t fall for the “fad of the moment” My motto: Treat people better than the way you want to be treated. I always think about how I would want my mom to be treated. Teresa at Kai is amazing! She recommended a wonderful skincare system for me that removed most of my dark spots. She also did a great chemical peel that removed the remaining dark spots, and left my skin looking 20 years younger. I love the personal service at Kai. Grace, the managing director, is incredibly knowledgeable and only suggests treatments that are truly beneficial to your particular goals. There is no “over-selling” here. I got a spur-of-the-moment dermaplaning treatment and Madison, and it was incredible! I trust their recommendations – so much that I just signed up for a package of microneedling (which, by the way, is the best price I have seen in the Sandy Springs area). I also love that they sell the Revision skincare product line that I use to buy from my dermatologist but can now get here.

I made an appointment at the Sandy Springs location because a close friend said she got quick results. Unlike many other Spas, I saw that they actually test their products and services extensively on themselves before taking it to me, the consumer which I really appreciate. I doubt any other spa in Georgia would have given me the results I wanted.
