I went back for a second time for a hard gel fill… I wasn’t thrilled the first time with the shape, color or color options but I went back because I liked the quality of the gel which lasted longer than other salons gel… however I will not be returning ever again. The color selection is not great (whatever you can always bring your own) but they upcharge for every little thing! I requested my shape be changed from almond to coffin like which was an additional $10 ok fine no biggie then after when they asked my color I requested ombré and was told that would be an additional $20.. I’ve never been upcharged that much for a simple ombré (I’ve had ombré several times in several salons)… I said never mind just do French which was an additional $10… (whatever fine but I’ll load pics they just don’t look good in my opinion). I’ve never left a salon unhappy with my color or design in the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done! The only thing I like here is the quality of the product… I watched 3 other people upset with the colors they picked during this visit. They seem to be busy with lots of repeat customers so they must have some good technicians but unfortunately I am not willing to go back here… $75 for a fill and left unhappy and will be going elsewhere for a color change.

So hmmmm. $40 for a pedicure. I have some news for you. No way am I paying that much when the competition is $10 cheaper. I do t care about longer massages. There’s no way you’re gonna make it here. Expect closing by Christmas. You charge $10 more then competition. There are too many other salons I have to choose from. I’ll go to their salons. Actually Eden Bail is good.

Owner/Manager is very unprofessional and rude person. She has no people skills. Went for nails couple of times. She doesn’t allow her employees to work on their own. She is all about money and not customer service. Will not go there again and do not recommend this place. There are many places near by which has better customer services and better color choice for deep powder and get colors. Try some where else before you decide to go there.

AMAZING! I did waxing and the service was impeccable. They make sure the customer is satisfied and the experience was pain-free. They also did an amazing job with my nails. The salon is very clean and follows sanitary regulations, they even gave me a free mask. I highly recommend.

I’m very particular with nail salons only because I’ve been cut so many times search service and have witnessed utensils that were not cleaned/sanitized. My technician, Lily, was amazing! She was extremely kind, checked to ensure the water temp was to my liking and even confirmed my polish color. Happy to say, there was no mishaps with the cuticle cutting. I left the salon with perfectly polished nails. I’m new to the area and have been searching for a new nail salon for the past 2 days. I FINALLY stumbled on K Elite Nails and so glad I did! I’m very particular with nail salons only because I’ve been cut so many times search service and have witnessed utensils that were not cleaned/sanitized. My technician, Lily, was amazing! I’ve been having a hard time finding a place to go to for mani and pedi. I’ve lived here forever, but I used to go in NYC due to the convenience of working there. On a whim I read reviews and came here. I’ve been to few other salons around here, but I felt like everything was so rushed and seemed to be “okay.” This nail salon is bright and incredibly clean, and the prices are actually justifiable. Julie, my pedicurist was so sweet and meticulous (and the foot massage was incredible!). She did a fantastic job with my cuticles and toes. The owner was so nice, as well as the lady that did my nail (she didn’t have name tag and I forgot to ask). Overall great experience and thankful that they were able to take me so last minute!

Place is spotless. However the manicure & pedicure were not professionally done compared to other salons. Tec hnician didn’t soak my BF’s cuticles. Therefore he was nipped in several places & the job was sloppy. In addition she only put one coat of clear which chipped the next day. Index finger is sore from her clipping it too close. Pedi was also a rush job. Will not be returning.. In addition technician took a nice slice out of my brothers foot recently . UNREAL!!!

The nail tech did a good pedicure, but overpriced for what you get. I got the shea butter spa pedicure with hot stones. The shea butter wasn’t real shea butter and just irritated my skin. She only used one hot stone on each leg for a few seconds each. Place was disorganized and not very clean. Will not be going back

I was told over the phone that an acrylic nail soak off would be $10. That’s the norm. I had intentions on getting a gel full set because they do not work with acrylic, fair enough. They couldn’t do the gel full set. I was told that I would need to grow my nails out so apparently they don’t do false nails. I was overcharged for a soak off. They charged me $15 instead of $10 and I still ended up giving a $5 tip. I will not going be going back. The pedicures are amazing though.
