I had asked to get rid of some length and not to cut it too short. I even showed a picture of how I wanted it to look from the one good haircut I got from here, and it’s like she disregarded it entirely. All these girls just want to rush you out of their chair by doing the same basic haircut regardless of what instructions you give them. I’ve gone here 4 times and only once have they got it right. Every other time they have ignored me and given me the same basic cut you see on every guy and its frustrating to have it on my head. I won’t be coming here unless I’m looking for a haircut I don’t want.

This place is nice if you need a standard boy haircut. I had been growing my hair for months and just needed the sides trimmed a little. I explained that I wanted to keep my hair long everywhere, but just wanted the sides and back trimmed a little bit. When I left a had the standard boy cut with the front long. So now it’s hat season for a while.

They cut my grandson’s hair, 12-month old. Gave one price over the phone, but tried to charge a higher price after the haircut. I confirmed the price when I got there with the stylist, still said the higher price when time to pay. Honored lower price though. She knew how to keep him from moving. Considering his age it was a pretty good cut.

I had just moved to the area and thought I’d give them a chance. It’s a clean beautiful facility. BUT the girl cutting my hair struggled with me getting a simple face. Messed it up so bad she has to cut the hair on top of my head just trying to save it. Then I asked if she could shape my beard. She made a weird face and said “I wouldn’t want to mess it up” it’s not a place “4 him”. She was so focused on my hair she wasn’t even capable of holding a conversation with me during the haircut. Highly recommend going to another place for a good haircut.
