Great experience the staff are nice we laughed most of the day. The owner is awesome she braided my hair and no pain no bumps/sores or anything. I decided to embrace my grey hair so they mixed salt & pepper hair for my braids and made sure I left happy and looking fabulous. I recommend this braiding salon hands down. I will add a picture soon

When I first walked in Julee African Braiding I was amazed of the cleanliness of the place and the workers were so nice. I have monetized this establishment many times and on three occasions they were 15-30 minutes late opening. This morning my daughter had an appointment at 9:00 am and I called at 9:12 to advise that we had a family emergency to come up and inquired if she could come in the following Friday. The female on the other end yelled at me and asked why didn’t I advise on yesterday that I could not show up. I was really surprised at her tone and demeanor. I had to explain to her that emergencies do happen. I was very understanding when my services was not prompt as expected. I will no longer patronize this establishment after the rude behavior I encountered.

Even if you’re not completely satisfied, they will attempt to fix it or address your concerns without extra costs and without an attitude. I went here yesterday to get my hair braided. The braids are neat but it’s not what I asked for!!! If I’m paying $185 I should get what I asked for which is NOT medium Senegalese Twists. I said Microtwist. As my first time going to this shop because it’s close by my house, it will never happen again. When I showed the woman the picture she said those are small we can do medium. I informed her I did not want medium and that I can go somewhere else!
