The owner, Sean, was incredibly warm and welcoming, the staff was professional and courteous, and the entire experience from start to finish was incredibly pleasant. Stylist did a good job, however it was not what I requested. She rushed through my hair and finished a partial balayage and cut in under 2 and a half hours. Customer service was subpar. Front desk was rude and not helpful. They did not have any cash, so I could not get change for my tip.

My hair had a lot of volume and feels so healthy. The staff was very nice and felt safe as they took all the necessary steps in keeping everything clean… they wiped down the chairs over and over in between guests. With all the worry of Covid-19, i felt comfortable knowing that everyone wore a mask, they kept everyone at a distance and were wiping down pens, chairs even the credit card machine and offered sanitizer on my way out the door.Thank you Sam looking forward to my next visit.Samuel did such an amazing job. The stylist did a color correction, so difficult work. My hair came out absolutely beautiful. From a drab copper to beautiful balayage blonde. I should have tipped the stylist more. 2 years ago Kayla saved me by getting rid of my orange hair – yes, people I said “orange”. She is a color genius and Raphael is amazing with his cut and style skills! As my daughter says “they are magical”. It was worth the 3 hour drive round trip and hours in the chair. My hair is amazing!

I would give them NEGATIVE STAR if I could. Well first of all, you should know that this place operated business without proper License at the time I received service, I checked them out online and was surprised. I went there for haircut (I brought photos with me to show what I wanted). It took hairdresser 3 hours to make absolutely not what I asked. I knew it doesn’t look right and she started blowdry, I said wait, this is not layered, she said I will do blowdry and continue cutting. I made couple notes until I asked her to stop,I had one side longer than the other side, I told her to make it even, she didn’t. She walked away (everything was in friendly manner from my side, everything was with smile on my face). She came back with Manager and Stylist, I showed them photo and said I need layered, they said like a Christmas tree? What?!? Not X-mas tree, but layers, then they said they don’t have avail hairdresser right now, busy. I didn’t want to go with half-done hair, but they didn’t have anyone avail and that girl left, we started at 10am, it was already 1pm, so I had to leave too. After another 20min different stylist came out and said I can do it for you, but I have customer can you come next Saturday (it was Saturday btw, so I had to wait for a WEEK). My haircut was not finished, one side is longer than another, it was HORRIBLE. I paid $145 for UGLY, unfinished, not-what-I-asked-for haircut and then on the top of that Elizabeth a manager said I will have to pay next time I come. I said I won’t, because first you didn’t finish, second my haircut was wrong. The stylist who did my hair never showed up or said sorry,she just left, very unprofessional, immature.I would never complain but Manager Elizabeth made it difficult, she said I will have to pay again… she should take some Customer Service Training, clearly she had some issues. I had to follow up with them on the phone, but she would say I’m busy or hang up on me. Her tone of the voice when she picks up phone and when she heard me would change very fast, she had this “Aghaa’s”, instead of Yes, or that’s right, like she did come from the unfortunate family where she never learn how to speak with manners.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Yes, it’s expensive, but you’re paying for top-notch quality and service. Everyone is an absolute expert in their field whether you’re looking for styling, color or other beauty services. You may pay less at other places, but you’re never going to find the quality that you find at Juan Juan. I go here for cut, color, brows, and eyelash extensions and leave feeling SO beautiful every time. Could not possibly recommend more.
