I went back to this salon on a hot and humid day. This is a gorgeous salon which appeals to the senses visually, with amazing aromas and a comfortable setting. Claudia did my highlights and the new product Davines really made a huge difference (and I was actually afraid of switching from Aveda). The look is exactly what I wanted, lots of Summer shine without brassiness. Next Claudia’s assistant spent time with treatment products and an amazing head, neck, shoulder message. Lastly, Joseph cut my hair and it looks amazing. The style and condition of my hair was night and day from what I looked like when I walked in. I love the new product line and can’t wait to come back for more pampering. I left the salon, the sun was still out and I was smiling! Thanks Joseph Christopher staff for a great experience.

Had a wonderful first-time experience at the salon — got a much-needed haircut with Joseph, but also treated myself to a scalp treatment (which came with a nice head massage) and left with a few hair products. The salon is clean and pristine, the staff is friendly, and I can’t wait to try the other services they provide!

Joseph Christopher Salon could not be more accommodating if they tried. They were so kind and when I was running late to pick up the gift certificate I ordered, they were willing to wait for me to get there. The woman even offered for me to pick up the gift certificate from her concierge at her building nearby. Excellent experience!

The owners are just bad people and they will steal your money. I have a family member that’s been going to this place for years and unbeknownst to her They had been charging her credit card for years without her knowledge .The woman is close to 90 years old yet they kept taking her money without her knowledge. One of the owners Doris claims she joined some “club” back in 2009 to get discounts on products and services. However, my mother has not been to the place in over six months yet. They still keep charging her card. You would think somebody would contact her to ask her if she still wants to continue this

Worst experience at a “high end” salon that I have ever experienced. I have never left a salon feeling such disregard, regarding a complete embarrassment of a hair color experience. Besides the shoddy work of Claudia (hair colorist)…her inability to communicate the process, nor what I was to expect, was unbelievable.
