I had appointment and they called me a few days before to see if I had any questions and I made sure that it was a cut and color. She said yes we should be able to do that. I get there for my appointment and they tell me that they only can do a cut and I would have to come back for the color. I said no cause this was the only time that I had. I walked out and told them to have a nice day! I will never be going back!

I have gone to both John Joseph Salon’s for routine hair cuts and all the stylists always do a great job. Yesterday I saw Justine and I was SO impressed. She completely rocked my full color and foils. I absolutely love the way it looks. I felt that she really listened to what I wanted out of my hair. I saw Lanna and she did an amazing transformation on my hair!! She took it from split colors (half pink, half teal) and changed it to a silver blue color. She gave me the exact color I wanted and I couldn’t be happier!! If you want fashion colors I definitely recommend seeing Lanna, she won’t disappoint ☺️

This review is long overdue, but I love Danielle! I had botched balayage by someone else at their salon and felt super down and out and Danielle took it upon herself to reach out to me and offer to fix my hair for me. I decided to ditch the balayage completely and go for a darker brunette color and it was absolutely gorgeous, this was over a month ago and I’m still so in love! She even gave me a coupon for the next time I come in. Her consultation was super thorough and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I’m excited to go back!

I have brought my 8 year old daughter in to see Mallory twice. Mallory is so kind and professional. I love the salon. The aveda smells are fantastic. The girl at the front desk is one of the most polite and professional young women I have met in quite awhile. I am so glad that we found this salon. My daughter is very happy.
