Jenn, jmx owner, listened to everything I had to say and I loved my end results (cut and highlights). It is a smaller business but there are definitely places to sit! With every business you may have a wait .. She also has jewelry all over for sale (paparazzi brand)! Jenn, jmx owner, listened to everything I had to say and I loved my end results (cut and highlights). It is a smaller business but there are definitely places to sit! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called this afternoon to make sure that the staff was wearing masks (COVID pandemic) and was told that they absolutely are. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes before my scheduled time and no one was wearing a mask. I’m 9 months pregnant and have to be extra careful or I’ll have my baby literally taken from me if I test positive. There was obviously a double booking bc I was completely ignored and wound up just leaving after not being acknowledged for 25 minutes while the hairdresser dyed someone else’s hair and just left me standing there. The hairdresser was going on and on about her anti-mask beliefs and how drunk she got the night before and how drunk she was going to get the next day. Meanwhile, a 9 month pregnant woman is told she can sit in the uncomfortable hair washing chair while wearing a mask in a salon that was hot and not well-ventilated. Keep in mind, I had to ask where to sit, I wasn’t even offered a place to sit. I’ve been getting my hair done for over 20 years and was always given a comfy place to sit, offered a drink and given an ETA if the staff was running behind. I called this afternoon to make sure that the staff was wearing masks (COVID pandemic) and was told that they absolutely are. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes before my scheduled time and no one was wearing a mask. I’m 9 months pregnant and have to be extra careful or I’ll have my baby literally taken from me if I test positive.
