Had a nice, relaxing facial with Dipali. My face felt refreshed, pores noticeably smaller, and skin a lot smoother. Dipali was thorough in explaining the steps of the facial and was very pleasant to talk to. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the temperature was just right. Lastly, the facial bed was comfortable. Overall good experience.

I have been a customer of JJ’s ever since they opened their business on Rosewood Dr., Pleasanton. I am writing this review today after my visit to the salon on Ray street to specifically express my satisfaction, thanks to Neelam who is simply the best. She is very gentle, meticulous, patient and focused, paying attention to every detail while threading, and her work exemplifies precision that is simply unmatched. I don’t even bother checking if there are any fine hairs left on my lip line whenever she does it. Just perfect. Neelam is truly awesome!

Great! Took my daughter and her never before touched brows to be threaded. Dipali was so kind and gentle with her. She taught get how to hold her brows and was just so good. She did mine as well and her technique is really good. I had little to no pain or redness afterwards and I’m very sensitive. We will definitely return.

My sisters and I have been customers for more than 10 years at their Rosewood location. Today my younger sister decided to try the new downtown location and had a HORRIBLE experience. There were two employees who didn’t acknowledge her when she arrived. Made her wait for about 20 minutes until they sat her down and kept moving me from chair to chair for no reason. She went in for a chin/lip threading service and was asked if she wanted her eyebrows and she said no. Then they kept asking her why and she said because she didn’t want to. They proceeded to be very rude and then asked if she wanted a facial and again, she said no. They kept bugging her to get a facial and she just kept saying no. As she was paying one of the employees told her “Well you should really get a facial because you need it!” in a very rude and unprofessional way. This was such a horrible and upsetting experience! She will not be returning.
