They were friendly and efficient and joyous. My massage therapist was Ash. I have had hundreds of massages over the years and I would have to say this is one of the very best I have ever had. She paid close attention to what my suggestions and body needed. I highly recommend her for her expertise, professionalism and kindness. I received a gift of a 90 minute massage to Jillian Day Spa in Murphy’s. The staff was terrific! We had to change the appointment and they made the change seamless. She makes me feel that I have known her for years although I only moved here a year ago! My stylist is also a joy to be around, she listens and makes recommendations according to my specific hair. My hair color washes out in time and seems to do it’s own thing. Every time I see Jill she listens to me, we make a plan and I leave there looking much better than when I went in. I have been going to Jillian’s for 20 years now. As I get older it seems like my hair has become more of a challenge. My hair color washes out in time and seems to do it’s own thing. Every time I see Jill she listens to me, we make a plan and I leave there looking much better than when I went in. For my last visit Jill added in some low lights which gave me the depth I was looking for. Thank you Jill! I am very pleased with the result.

It was so relaxing. And while she spoke about their skin care line and what might work for me she wasn’t pushy like some I’ve had before. Totally would recommend her 1,000%
