Jessica is not very professional but is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. I believe my session was rushed and I wasn’t very taken care of. She mentions that she deletes criticism from her Style Seat reviews, so I’m hoping that leaving a review here doesn’t warrant her to do so. As it was my first time having waxing services, I was hoping I could find someone honest. When I saw how wonderful her reviews were (5 stars among almost 1000 reviews), I thought this woman could do no wrong! Haha, but she let me know that she deletes critical reviews and leaves the good ones up. That’s not what reviews are for!
