Critical: QualityIf I can give this place 0 stars I would!! Please beware, stay away from this place specifically Jackie. I went for a wash and style. I made a mistake of asking her to dust off the very tips/ends of my hair. I even showed her what to trim off prior to her washing my hair. When I got was under the dryer I saw a lot of hair on the floor but couldn’t tell if all of it came from my head.I didn’t realize she chopped of my mid back hair length to short neck length. She did such a horrible job I had a trouble spot in the middle of my hair that was growing nicely, she even chopped it off too.My hair is so uneven now, I can even wear it out. I am now forced to keep it braided and I don’t even like braids.She is the true definition of scissor happy.If I can give this place 0 stars I would!! I made a mistake of asking her to dust off the very tips/ends of my hair. I even showed her what to trim off prior to her washing my hair. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityUPDATE:The owner responded to my review offering to refund me or do my service. I reached out to her via phone, text, and on Instagram with no success.STAY AWAY. The Poor customer service I received at this salon was beyond appalling. My service started at 4:30 pm, I was washed, my hair was blow dried, and I was trimmed. I was supposed to receive 2 strand flat twist however the stylist, Adilah, told me she needed to finish another client. I waited from 5:20 pm-8:00 pm. At 8:00 when I approached her to tel her I was leaving she told me I owed her 35.00!!! I could not believe it. No apologies, never came to me to provide any updates, NOTHING! All she cared about was 35.00 after she wasted HOURS of my time. I was told, “at the end of the day you were provided with a service.” I expressed my displeasure and she did not care all she cared about was being paid. I gave her the 35.00 and walked out without a completed style and absolutely no offer to rectify the situation. This shop does not care about customers or their time. I walked out paying money with an incomplete style.Also, they ARE NOT cleaning in between clients. No disinfectant, not even soap in the bathroom. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve went to this place twice. First time, which was a while back. The hair dresser put way too much gel in my loc retwist (when I looked they were using eco styled gel… on LOCS! But it was too late and I just sat there and took it) the following three days there was so much flaking and build up I had to just wash and retwist it myself. And not to mention over the phone they told me one price and then after the wash she gave me another price and then by the end she gave me a whole other price. I paid, whatever, I’m sure she had her bills to pay. But be transparent about it and give the real price (or even a range) is all! Second time I decided to give it another chance for a repair instead, the stylist didn’t even show up to the time she gave me to show up. My thing is if you wanted me to come later or if you knew you wouldn’t be able to make it at that time then you should’ve give me a later time—esp when this appointment was scheduled 2-3 days prior. I’d understand. I waited 40 minutes before leaving. It’s not professional and not a way to gather clients unless you simply don’t care about business or people’s time. If you’re this late at any other establishment they remove you from their appointment list bc time is valuable! Not returning, not that they care it seems. I’ve went to this place twice. First time, which was a while back. The hair dresser put way too much gel in my loc retwist (when I looked they were using eco styled gel… on LOCS!
