I got a gel pedicure as well as full set acrylics with gel polish. I have never had acrylics and not sure I will again after this experience. My pedicure was great and was completed by a different person than who did my nails. For my new acrylics I asked for short and tapered in at the tips a little. The tech was so rough with the nail file that I probably should have asked to stop. I think they filed more skin/cuticle than actual nail. In the end there is a gap between polish and cuticle, the underside of the nails look like a mess, and there is gaps between the side of the acrylic nail and skin. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. The person that recommended this location to me said I shouldn’t have left with them looking the way they did and the person that does her nails is amazing. I did see another person’s new acrylics looked good from where I was sitting. Maybe I just didn’t get a good tech. I guess take your chances if you go here, or just don’t go.

Loved my experience here! Nai did a wonderful job with my acrylics! I just moved to the area from Agoura and have been trying to find a new nail salon, and am so happy I found Nai at Jessica nails. Her attention to detail was great, the shape is exactly what I asked for, she checked in multiple times and I am so happy with the results. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m not sad to say I will not be back. I think she was mad at me because I only wanted a fill. Did not take all my nail polish off left it on my nails and skin filled over it. Didn’t say 2 words the whole 18 minutes I was there while she was doing them. Got up twice because they were not dry. Came back took the file and kind of shaped them. Left all jagged underneath. She put coats on the top left me under the lamp for 60 seconds got up and left so I had to start the other hand on my own. In any business where customer service reigns, you really need to reconsider your career. If you are done in the nail business then leave. You are not doing anybody any service with the way you are treating your customers and it reflects in your work. My 30 dollars for 18 minutes I will be taking somewhere else.

. I have been coming here regularly for years. I came in yesterday for a dip, I had asked for stiletto shape with an ombré black tip. I was not too thrilled by my nails yesterday because the shape was wrong and the ombré looked strange to me. I decided to wait and see how I felt. I still did not like them this morning so I came into the shop as soon as they opened and asked if they could fix them. The manager did not bother to to even look at my nails and simply said they could but they will have to charge me. Honestly I feel like the initial service was not done to satisfaction so I should not have to pay. I am really disappointed that the manager/owner did not take the opportunity to right the situation. Especially for someone that frequents her business. Customer service is huge to me after working several years in retail. Unfortunately this experience fell far short of that. I will go somewhere else that takes pride in their workmanship and values their customers. I won’t be back.

This was my go to salon for many years due the cleanliness/price and now I have to find a new salon. I noticed the previous visit before I got my fill he was grabbing tools from his “dirty” tin, which yes I know I should have walked out when I saw that but I decided to stay anyway. My ring finger is now so thin and brittle, I just got my fill last week but noticed late last night I had a dark line I can see through the pink. I thought oh no! I hope it’s not what I think it is; I took off my nail to see that yes it is in fact FUNGUS on 2 of my nails. I wasn’t going to mention the price but I also think it’s outrageous to charge $50 for a Pink and white fill when the full set pink&white is $55. Sadly I won’t be returning with my friends and family anymore. They’re horrified

The place was busy,alot of pedis..the job on my gel filled nails was decent..I wasn’t crazy about the person doing my nails.She TRIEDup selling and her convo was forced..they must tell the employees to ask abt my day and how I was feeling bcz it was obvious she could have cared less..honestly speaking.2nd time around nice guy but polish was not great! Keep looking..
