I loved my pedicure! My eyebrow wax was amazing as well, felt like a brand new mama! The lady took her time and loved my hot stone massage, she was really patient and listened to what I wanted done with my feet. Would definitely come back and pricing was perfect!

Bad experience.. Will not return. Tech’s seem to not know how to do nails and lack customer service!! Lady was very rude for no reason at ALL… and I know she was talking trash about us to the other lady sitting there… I was being patient but she did not do a good job. 40 bucks for this.. sharp edges, lumpy, other color dots mixed in.. and when I told her a nail was very uneven she said it was our eyes! Wow.. just fix it so I can be on my way. Look at the pinky nail! ♀️

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI set up an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure done. I arrived around 3:50 and was told to wait for a little bit and I would be helped. I wasn’t given an estimate time of when they would get to me. I understand waiting a little bit even if you have an appointment but I waited an hour before they started my pedicure. It was about 5:30 when I was done with my pedicure before I got started on my nails. The guy who did my nails made my nail bed bleed from cutting my cuticles. The mall itself closes at six. My nails were finished at 6:25 ish. The doors were locked, I couldn’t go out the main entrance. Instead I was asked to go out the employee door that leads to the side of the building where an alley is. I am so frustrated. It was freezing, dark, and I was alone walking to my car. I felt very unsafe.I appreciate the work ethic to make sure my nails were finished but I would have rather just been told to come back the next day at a designated time to get them finished. Not to mention this was a very pricey service. I just feel like it could have been handled better from the very beginning. I set up an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure done. I arrived around 3:50 and was told to wait for a little bit and I would be helped. I wasn’t given an estimate time of when they would get to me. I understand waiting a little bit even if you have an appointment but I waited an hour before they started my pedicure. I told them I wanted a french tip and the guy literally only painted the tip of my toes and left the rest without any polish. He said he didn’t know how to do a french pedicure and needed someone else to do it. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. I ended up asking them to just take the polish off and let me leave. They took the polish off and then told me I still had to pay full price and wouldn’t let me leave. The worker was so nasty and rude. She called the manager who came right away and fixed my nails. I will never come back! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

If i could give this zero stars, i would. The WORST pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. I went in for just a simple color and to get the calluses off my feet. I am military and my boots screw up my feet. While she was in the process of scrubbing my feet, she was putting in very little effort. I asked her nicely to please get them off my feet and she gave me attitude. She was very unpleasant and very rude. I got a solid pink color, it was very chunky and poorly done. I could’ve done this myself and saved myself $35. My friend wanted a French tip. They painted her nails and after she reassured them what she wanted, they told her they couldn’t do that. We were there for almost 2 hours with very poor, slow service. I would never come back.
