Let me preface this by saying I have used this salon many times and never had any issues. I went in yesterday morning for a pedicure. I am unsure of the older woman’s name who did my service. My cuticles are absolutely butchered and are painful to the touch. They feel as if they are infected. The polish was not applied correctly and looks as if I just painted my toes at home. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

Love treating myself to a pedicure! Linh does a fantastic job every time. I have very hard calloused feet and she always makes them nice and smooth. I love her artwork she does on my toes. I had a great experience with Tam for a pedicure! I also got an eyebrow wax and they did a great job! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the added fee for shellac seemed high in my opinion, but I do understand that inflation is effecting everyone. I’ll definitely be back.

My grandchildren and I went in last Tuesday to get pedicures for a special day with them. My grandson was first not much to do on a 6 year old little boy… just was for the experience 2nd was my 7 year old granddaughter pretty much soak and polish. The girl that did theirs was good!!!! But $ 20.00 a piece really ♀️ before always for toes and nails on my other 6 year old granddaughter $10.00 and as for me yes I picked the $35.00 pedicure asked technician to check for ingrown on big toe first of all stuck me with clippers hurt me and didn’t get the ingrown out…. So still a week later I’m not wearing shoes only flip flops yes in this cold weather.. I’m going to have to find someone to fix only ingrown before I can put on shoes. Mother/Daughter team are the best!! Always had a great experience with them but this last time with amount and service on me was not good!!

I tried to get my eyebrows waxed right when it opened. I walk in and there isn’t any other customers. Told the woman I wanted a wax and she replied, she doesn’t do that. I left and went to Paradise Nails. I know they wax eyebrows; I went before. That wax was just ok. Not sure why they chose to not do their job today.

Not very happy, will not be going again I made appointment when I got there Jennifer was helping another customer totally ignored my appointment, waited for about 10 minutes to get seated and someone started on my feet when I asked to do both feet and nails same time because I was on a tight schedule, another technician finished with her customer and started on my, she was very but very slow got finished with pedicure and move to her desk after 2 hours I was done with bumps in almost all my nails but because they we’re about to close couldn’t fix them paid $80 for something I hated since she don’t even clean under my nails and very bad job.

I arrived at 10 am so they were not busy at all. I wanted a refill and change color from my existing solar nails. She took her time but 3 of my nails turned out lopsided and then when she told me to go wash my hands the sat another customer in my chair WITH my purse and belongings. When I showed the lady the nails..2 of the ladies said oh that’s the way powder is, it is ok .. WELL I will never go back. They didn’t even offer to Fix any of them I went and had to have someone else reshape them properly. I should have believed the low reviews. See how lopsided the thumb on the left is. Horrible
