What she recommends and even some at home care solutions for my sinus issues.I could tell a difference immediately after my massage with her. The following days I have been tender but my shoulder that has been injured is so lose and actually has more range of motion.I felt less tense the next day following the massage and she really makes sure you are comfortable during the process.Just a little extra perk she’s right down the road from my salon and east to find. I have been seeing Jennifer for about 2 years and getting massages for about 15. She is the best LMT I have had. She takes the time to listen to you, has great instincts on your pain and is truly a godsend. Cozy, private office. She does not charge extra for deep tissue like most places do, which is another plus. Best rates in town as well.

Jennifer’s decor and soft music prepare you for the massage and I really like how she sits down at the intake to figure out what massage is best for you. Jennifer has a great technique and what’s different from other therapists is Jennifer approach to essential oils and the way the aromas help ease tension and stress.

Jennifer listened to my concerns about my body & addressed them. Although, as she said, the problems I have aren’t going to go away in one session, I did leave the session feeling a little looser in my most knotted areas, and a bit less of a tangled mess. I liked how although there were nice touches like essential oils, hot towels, and music, this wasn’t the main focus or a substitution for actual massage. No where in the session was I confronted with uninvited hippie spirituality or advice either, like I have at another practice in town. Instead, Jennifer seemed like a thoroughly professional & logical LMT.

Jennifer has literally given me my arm back. I had a left shoulder injury that resulted in a plate and eight pens in late July 2017. After weeks of PT I had gained some range of motion and decreased pain, but it was a horrible struggle. I scheduled a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Jennifer and immediately had relief from pain and MUCH greater range of motion. She consultant with me prior to the massage and listened closely to what I was trying to achieve. I continue to improve as she works with me and appreciate that she has a holistic approach and doesn’t just see my left shoulder. I recommend her highly and wish I had made an appointment sooner.

Jennifer matches her massage techniques beautifully with the aches and pains that reoccur in my body from a heavy workweek. I always end up with much more freedom of movement and better balance secondary to that. I love the availability of a sugar scrub for my back and feet as well as the scalp nirvana.
