2022: Took my son here for a cut for his first day back to school. I didn’t ask for the right length, and before I knew it my sons hair was buzzed off. Bummer. My fault though for being specific on numbers, even though I was wrong. Glad he still likes it. Laura was nice, friendly.

I have been to Mackenzie twice now and each time she has been able to deliver exactly what hair color I want! It’s always scary starting with a new hairstylist, but Mackenzie does such a great job communicating with me about exactly what I am looking for with my hair color! Somehow she has been able to squeeze me in super last second each time I’ve attempted to schedule with her! She is extremely reliable and consistent! I highly recommend her!!

LOVE MACKENZIE SOOOO MUCH. She’s the absolute best stylist you could find in saginaw. She will NEVER let you leave unsatisfied as long as you’re COMMUNICATING with her. She’s always trying to make you feel safe and comfortable in her chair, always telling you what she’s doing next with the process of you hair, and she does everything in her power to make sure you leave happy and feeling more confident than before. She is the sweetest!! When you’re in her chair, you feel welcome, and secure! You know you’re in the next hands. She is the best with her coloring services and awesome with cuts! You’ll never have to worry about upsetting her if you’re not liking how the process is going- speak up! And she will be willing to accommodate with you. Again, she truly does not want anyone to leave unhappy- so she does anything in her power to try to and fix any mistakes. I’ve been going to her for quite some time, and I’ve never had one bad experience with her. Shes awesome!!!
