First time going to JCP to get my hair done by Antwanett. I had very dry and uneven hair coming in and the products she used helped my scalp feel better and give my hair shine. I got the flat twist and she took her time to make sure it came out as it should. Highly recommend Antwanett!

Critical: QualityI had haircut by this old man with an accent (I believe his name is Valter). He did horrible job. I kept on telling him what I wanted and showed pictures too. But he just cut my hair weird. On top of that he tried to charge more for the services I didn’t get. Never ever go to Valter for your hair cut. Thankfully there was another guy named Terrel who helped me deal with Valter. If I could leave zero stars I would. A women cut my young sons hair while he stayed still and made him bleed. Not only did she try denying it she was extremely unprofessional and rude the whole time. I will NEVER go back and would NOT recommend especially a child getting their hair cut here since now my son has two cut up ears.
