I love going to the Salon by Instyle inside JcPenny. My hairstylist, Brenda is Exceptional. She goes above and beyond. I come into the Salon looking like raggedy dolly Anna and left out looking like Naomi Campbell (in my head that’s how I picture myself..a girl can dream). Excellent checking in by the receptionist. The price was on point. Definitely would highly recommend.

The worst place ever. My kids went to get a haircut. They did not fade nor level their hair. They said they do not do it. They said you must go to the barbershop. Where did I go! She did there hair level 3 all the way. I could have done that at home!

The salon is good put too pricy for no reason. Other salons are better and the prices aren’t even that high. Also the reception at the register is soo rude and has no customer service skills at all. She is full of attitudes and she spoke to me in a very rude manner when I was there.

I hate when they do the opposite of what you asked!!! So mad about my hair cut!!!! It was my second hair cut with that lady first time she did well I guess it was just by chance now I have to wear this Dora the explorer hair cut and I had to pay for it!!! Sooo mad!!!!
