Attention to detail! I really loved the relaxed setting here. The owners are very professional, kind and clean! They really care about their customers. It was my 1st te here and definitely will not be my last. My pedicure was so amazing. I never fall asleep during a pedicure, but I sure did this time. Love the shape she gave on my nails. I cannot figure out how this place gets this overall rating. Don’t believe it!! It’s nice and it’s clean, that’s important, but the workers in my experience are not friendly and seem know nothing about customer service. I had both services, nails and pedicure. The girl doing mine kept an earbud in and listened to music the entire time and barely said a single word to me, not even hello when we met. Mind you, this was my first visit. She did a good job so there’s that, but nothing else. Do not go here if you expect good customer service, it will not happen! Oh, and the price was $108!! Ridiculous!!

Today is my daughter’s prom. She wanted a simple french manicure with the half moon shape in the white part. She had a picture and was told it could done. They did not put in the curve in the white area and made it straight across. Her nails were thick and you could visibly see the higher and lower areas where they were not filed smoothly. She has small fingers and the nails look too big for her hands. She was told it could not be fixed and they did exactly what she asked them to do. It’s a beautiful nail salon, everyone there is nice and polite but my daughter paid a very high price for prom nails that were extremely disappointing. There was no additional concern about us being disappointed. When I tried to explain why we didn’t like the nails, the nail technician walked away.

Quiet, comfortable atmosphere, unlike the traditional nail salons where it’s so busy & loud that you can’t hear yourself think or relax. A few dollars more than most other salons, but well worth it. They really take care of you. I recommend Jasmine’s to everyone.

Brought my 89-year-old mom here for her first ever pedicure and will ever go anyplace else! Great staff, great prices, and great clientele. Highly recommend! Remember to call ahead and make an appointment otherwise you won’t be getting in. They are an appointment only business and it seems to be working very well for them. While there, check out their chandeliers, they were imported from Shanghai and are stunning.

The owner did my facial. It was an immaculate facial! I thoroughly enjoyed it and my pedicure was on point. If you schedule a facial, make sure your hairstyle is loose because she’ll be massaging not just your face. But your scalp, chest, and neck! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
