My massage style is slow moving and deliberate and the strokes are delivered with intent. Professional above all else. I strive to help clients feel their best by giving my full attention during a session and suggesting stretches or yoga routines if needed afterwards. I have two fur children, a dog and a cat, that roam the house, but are NOT allowed in the treatment room. The treatment room is a safe haven of comfort, decorated in an Adirondack theme.
