Critical: Quality, ValueFirst experience here and was nervous to try a new stylist. I felt rushed as my stylist seemed overbooked; she refused to look at swatches with me and at one point had another stylist come apply my color for her, for which she didn’t even ask if I was ok with. I very specifically said multiple times that I wanted my hair darker, but NOT black. My color came out so uneven and the hair on top of my head is jet black; I feel like I look like I got a box color at the store and messed up doing it myself. It does not look good. I also left with a bunch of color still on my face. I also tried to leave a tip for the girl that washed my hair and was encouraged not to. I was really looking forward to this appointment and now I feel so disappointed and like I wasted almost $200. I felt rushed as my stylist seemed overbooked; she refused to look at swatches with me and at one point had another stylist come apply my color for her, for which she didn’t even ask if I was ok with.
