The girl who did my hair was really nice. They have a sign that says ” $20 off for new customers ” but its really $20 off for ONE service which is very misleading. I went in for a single process hair dye and blow dry. Was there for over 3 hours. Was charged $131. My roots came out lighter than the rest of my hair. Then they had the nerve to charge me extra for a different color for my ends but in reality the hair dye job was just horrible. I’ve done a better dye job with boxed hair dye.

Asked for layers in my hair. One layer was added and that was it. When I called back to ask for my hair to be fixed, I was as nice as I could be and blamed it on myself instead of the stylist. They told me to come back in. When I got there I tried to say hi to my stylist and she was so mad she wouldn’t even look at me. A man had me sit in the chair and proceeded to grab chunks of my hair an hack it off my head. I’ll never go back to this business! My hair was a mess for months! I couldn’t even style it to look nice, I had to let it grow out before it looked right.

Most amazing place and all the girls that work there are so nice and amazing hair dressers. Today was my first time there and I cried happy tears when she showed me my hair omg it’s beautiful I will NEVER go anywhere else EVER!!!! Anastasia does an amazing job shampooing your hair and she offers this treatment that includes a head and neck massage. Omg when I tell you it was amazing believe me I’ve never experienced that before and I was totally blown away, it was like she massaged years of stress from my body the girls just amazing I want everyone to know that Jaclyn did my hair it’s the most beautiful cut I’ve ever had and the color she did turned out amazing. I’ve been feeling real down on my self lately and thought maybe a new hairdo would make me feel better, well wow I never thought I’d feel this good Jaclyn you’re the best and now my daughter is going lol I knew she would want to once she saw my hair. I couldn’t of found this place without all the amazing reviews everyone left and I’m so thankful for everyone who wrote such beautiful things about this hair salon and the beautiful girls that work there. See you in 6 weeks
