Returned from traveling abroad and felt unwell. I knew I had an appointment scheduled the day after my return – but did not want to get the staff sick. After calling and speaking with the front desk clerk, I was told that they would still charge me the $50 cancellation fee – despite the fact that I was cancelling for THEIR HEALTH AND SAFETY. Its a shame. I wont be returning and DO NOT RECOMMEND. In hindsight, I should have just went in and not worried about their health.

I cannot begin to sing the praises of Izalia enough. I’ve only received my second treatment so far and already the difference is ASTOUNDING. What used to be very dark coarse hair that would still leave an embarrassing 5’oclock shadow after shaving is already almost just peach fuzz that took two months to grow back. Now even when I do have to shave there’s absolutely no way to tell that I have hair growth in that particular area and my skin is even and smooth. I can’t express what it’s done for my self confidence.
