Love love love Nicole who helped me my first time with Lash extensions!!!! Made me so comfortable and explained everything to me about how important it is to make sure you find someone who has good quality lashes. Best Lash Artist I’ve ever been look! Super Professional and realistic and the lashes that would fit my face. Gave me tip on what styles would would look better with me eye shape. Nicole is the sweetest person ever ever and welcomed me like we had been best friends forever! I almost fell asleep with Scooby in my lap while getting my lashes done. lashes are her life and I’m glad I have a lash artist that actually wears lashes, unlike some of the other fake lash artists in the Birmingham area. Nicole has put a lot of money and effort into pursuing her love for this and strives to be the best. She’s had a lot of practice because she is extremely fast & its always perfect. I will NEVER go to another lash artist again. She makes time for me and my schedule so that I can have beautiful lashes!!!

The shop’s ac was out so Nicole took my appointment into her home. It was my first time getting my lashes done so I was completely clueless and a little nervous but she was incredibly sweet and informative. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and her work with my lashes was incredible! I recommend her a thousand times over.

My first time getting my lashes lifted here and I’m really happy with the results! So professional but at the same time very nice, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell she has a lot of experience, she’ll talk you through the different rod sizes for different lifting results and finds the one that works best for you. All this for such a great price? Absolutely stunning work and lashes, I was confused and didn’t know what lashes to get and during the appointment, Nicole matched lashes to my eyes and turned out so freaking beautiful. Call or text to verify the address before the appointment. Professional, funny, and very kind staff overall. The lashes are light, fluffy, long, and, most of all no glue is showing. I will always be back to get my lashes!!!!!!

Online, it appears that you’ll be getting your lashes done in a salon but it is actually in the owners apartment complex which made me uncomfortable. She texted me a few hours before the appointment with this apartment address instead of the salon address where I could no longer cancel without being charged a $150 fee. She also texted a few hours before asking to change my appointment time. Before my appointment, we discussed what I wanted for my lashes and I showed her my inspo pictures and she said she could do it for $165. However, my lashes are NOTHING like what I showed Nicole and what she said she would do. You can’t even tell that I have lashes on my eyes. Also, while she was doing my lashes she kept petting my head repeatedly which was just weird.I told her how unsatisfied I was with my lashes and she said she could only give me a partial refund due to the material cost. As someone who has done lashes before, the materials are not expensive at all even for very good quality materials. She would only refund half of the money. If she had been willing to refund more so that I could get them done elsewhere, I would have been more understanding but she would not and stopped answering my texts. The owner also talked trash about her customers to me and them not being able to afford her. I only came her because my usual lash tech was booked and she had a same day opening. Let’s just say there is a reason she is not booked up and has same day appointments. I should have known. I will be letting others know to not go here and will never be back.
