Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had really high expectations for this place based on the pictures they post of really pretty and perfectly done designs as well as the good reviews, but my overall experience wasn’t that great. My nail tech was Adele and I commend her for really taking her time with doing my nails and paying attention to small details but it was difficult to communicate with her and she made me bleed on several different fingers with the nail drill. She did my pedicure and removed my cuticles really well so I asked her if she could do the same with my hands and she told me she would do it with the drill. The first time she made me bleed she said “see this is what happens when you go too close to the cuticle” as if it was my fault for asking her to trim my cuticles. Then the four other times she didn’t say anything. Other than that, the line work on my nails was definitely not like the pictures the business posted on google and not worth the amount of money I paid. I also asked her if she could do regular polish instead of gel for my nails and she said they don’t do designs with anything other than gel, which makes it more expensive. At the end when I was paying, the woman at the front desk asked me if I wanted to pay the tip with my card and I said yes, and Adele immediately came up and said “no venmo or cashapp” and when I told her her I’ll put it on the card she told me to use the ATM outside. The overall business was very professional but my specific nail tech was not. I had really high expectations for this place based on the pictures they post of really pretty and perfectly done designs as well as the good reviews, but my overall experience wasn’t that great. An did my nails and made them look EXACTLY like the picture I showed her! She took her time and was very precise. I know nail art isn’t alway easy on short nails. Thank you An!
